Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Arrows National Bound Program

Discounted Registration / Tryout Fee Prior to March 15, 2024: $100.00 Registration / Tryout Fee after March 15, 2024: $150.00 A $100.00 (Prior to March 15th) / $150.00 (After March 15th) non-refundable registration / tryout fee for each player for each team, is due in order to complete this registration and prior to taking the ice at tryouts. Registration / Tryout fees go directly toward paying for registration / tryouts costs and do not count toward your season fee and are non-refundable under any circumstance. Commitment Fee: The non-refundable $400.00 Commitment Fee will be automatically charged to your account once tryouts are complete, and you have accepted a position on the team. If the player declines his placement within the posted timeframe, there will be no further financial obligation to AAHL. When a player accepts a position on a team by not declining in the timeframe outlined at the time of team posting, you are obligated to pay the Commitment Fee, which will be applied toward your season fees. All payments are non-refundable. If a player decides to resign from AAHL after having accepted a position, it is the responsibility of that player or that player’s parents to notify both an Executive Officer of AAHL and either the Manager or Coach of that player’s team. The notification to the Executive Officer must be in writing. All payments made are non-refundable. After August 1st, all players are required to pay their entire Season Fees prior to the AAHL issuing a release to play for another association.

Arrows National Bound Girls

A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee for each player for each team, is due in order to complete this registration and prior to taking the ice at tryouts. River Hawks Hockey

A non-refundable registration / tryout fee for each player, for each team, is due in order to complete this registration and prior to taking the ice at tryouts. Registration / Tryout fees go directly toward paying for registration / tryout costs and do not count toward your season fee and are non-refundable under any circumstance. At registration, a Commitment Fee will be charged to your account. After tryouts are completed and teams are posted,If a player is not assigned to a team or if a player declines their spot on the roster within the posted time frame, their commitment fee will be refunded and there will be no further financial obligations in regards to that team. When a you accept a position on a team by not declining in the timeframe outlined at the time of team posting, you are obligated to pay the entire Season Fee and the commitment fee will be applied toward your account. All payments made at this point are non-refundable.

Li'l Arrows Spring

Spring 3 on 3 League

In the event that there is not enough interest to field an adequate number of teams, then your registration fee will be refunded. Otherwise, there are no refunds.

Li'l Arrows In-House Hockey

A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee for each player for each team, is due in order to complete this registration and prior to taking the ice. Registration fees go directly toward paying for registration costs and do not count toward your season fee and are non-refundable under any circumstance. Commitment Fee: The non-refundable $100.00 Commitment Fee will be automatically charged to your account once you have accepted a position with the Li'l Arrows In-House Hockey Program. When a player accepts a position with the Li'l Arrows In-House Hockey Program you are obligated to pay the Commitment Fee, which will be applied toward your season fees. All payments made are non-refundable. If a player decides to resign from AAHL after having accepted a position, it is the responsibility of that player or that player’s parents to notify both an Executive Officer of AAHL and either the Manager or Coach of that player’s team. The notification to the Executive Officer must be in writing. All payments made at that point are non-refundable. After October 1st, all players are required to pay their entire Season Fees.
